International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
A standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below this amount.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS to track your shipment in real time.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or courier issues.
Herbnic is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
